While Marhaba Traders strives to provide high-quality professional services and strategic guidance, users acknowledge that all business activities involve significant uncertainty and risk. Business success depends on numerous factors beyond our control, including market conditions, customer demand, competitive landscapes, economic circumstances, management decisions, regulatory environments, investor preferences, operational execution, and countless other variables. Therefore, Marhaba Traders makes no guarantee, representation, or warranty regarding any future business outcome, financial result, investment success, funding approval, investor response, valuation achievement, partnership formation, customer acquisition, revenue growth, profitability, market expansion, or business performance.
Clients expressly acknowledge that purchasing services from Marhaba Traders does not guarantee investment, funding, investor meetings, investor interest, business growth, profitability, market acceptance, strategic partnerships, or any specific commercial outcome. Any examples, case studies, testimonials, projections, forecasts, illustrations, or historical results presented by Marhaba Traders are provided solely for informational purposes and should not be interpreted as guarantees of future performance.
Marhaba Traders is not a registered investment advisor, securities broker, financial institution, venture capital firm, law firm, accounting firm, audit firm, tax consultancy, or regulatory authority. Users acknowledge that investor interest, investor responsiveness, investment approvals, and funding decisions are determined exclusively by investors and are influenced by factors beyond the control of Marhaba Traders. Accordingly, Marhaba Traders shall not be held liable for unsuccessful fundraising efforts, failed negotiations, withdrawn investment offers, rejected proposals, investor inactivity, valuation disputes, delayed funding decisions, or any losses arising from investor interactions.
All information submitted to Marhaba Traders must be accurate, complete, current, and truthful. Users represent and warrant that they possess the necessary authority, permissions, and legal rights to provide all information, documents, files, financial records, intellectual property, company materials, and business information submitted through our website or services. Submission of false, misleading, incomplete, fraudulent, manipulated, or unauthorized information may result in immediate suspension or termination of services without notice and without any entitlement to a refund.
Users remain solely responsible for the accuracy, legality, ownership, and authenticity of all content submitted to Marhaba Traders. By using our services, users accept these inherent risks and agree that Marhaba Traders shall not be liable for damages resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
All intellectual property rights associated with the Marhaba Traders website, service methodologies, branding materials, business frameworks, operational systems, templates, documentation structures, reports, content, graphics, logos, designs, visual elements, written materials, research methodologies, databases, and proprietary processes remain the exclusive property of Marhaba Traders unless expressly stated otherwise. Clients retain ownership of their own business information, trademarks, trade secrets, intellectual property, proprietary data, uploaded materials, and company assets. However, by submitting information to Marhaba Traders, clients grant us a limited, non-exclusive, revocable right to review, process, analyze, organize, edit, reproduce, and utilize submitted information solely for the purpose of delivering requested services.
All payments made to Marhaba Traders are final and non-refundable. By purchasing any service, package, consultation, report, research project, startup profile, investor-ready profile, pitch deck, financial model, market research report, advisory engagement, or any other deliverable, the client explicitly agrees that no refunds, partial refunds, chargebacks, payment reversals, disputes, or reimbursement requests shall be accepted once work has commenced.
Clients acknowledge that Marhaba Traders allocates professional time, research resources, consulting expertise, operational capacity, strategic planning efforts, documentation development resources, and intellectual capital immediately upon project confirmation. As a result, the value delivered by Marhaba Traders begins accumulating from the moment a project is initiated, regardless of whether the client ultimately chooses to utilize the final deliverables.
No refund shall be provided in situations including but not limited to dissatisfaction with investor responses, inability to secure funding, changes in business plans, changes in management decisions, project abandonment, failure to provide requested information, delays caused by the client, misunderstanding of service scope, investor rejection, startup closure, financial hardship, market conditions, or any other circumstance occurring after work has begun.
If a client becomes unresponsive, fails to submit required documents, delays communication, changes project objectives, refuses to cooperate, or voluntarily discontinues a project, all payments previously made shall remain non-refundable and non-transferable.
Marhaba Traders reserves the right to refuse service, terminate engagements, suspend projects, or discontinue cooperation with any client whose behavior is abusive, fraudulent, deceptive, threatening, unlawful, unethical, or damaging to the reputation and operations of Marhaba Traders. In such circumstances, no refund shall be provided.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Marhaba Traders, its founders, directors, consultants, contractors, employees, affiliates, representatives, partners, advisors, and service providers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, financial, commercial, reputational, or economic damages arising from the use of our website, services, reports, consultations, investor introductions, strategic recommendations, research findings, documentation, or deliverables.
Marhaba Traders shall not be responsible for losses relating to business failure, startup closure, investor rejection, fundraising failure, market conditions, operational challenges, lost profits, lost opportunities, reputational harm, data loss, cyber incidents, third-party actions, regulatory changes, government actions, or unforeseen economic circumstances.
We reserve the right to showcase selected projects, anonymized case studies, testimonials, portfolio examples, service outcomes, and success stories for marketing, educational, promotional, and business development purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing. Confidential information will not intentionally be disclosed without authorization; however, generalized information that does not reveal sensitive business details may be utilized to demonstrate service capabilities.
Marhaba Traders shall not be liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of government, regulatory changes, internet outages, cyberattacks, labor disputes, wars, civil unrest, pandemics, infrastructure failures, third-party service disruptions, or force majeure events.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any dispute, claim, controversy, or legal proceeding arising from or relating to these Terms and Conditions, our website, or our services shall be subject exclusively to the jurisdiction of the courts of Pakistan.
