Marhaba Traders provides consulting, financial modeling, pitch deck creation, investor profile building, and strategic advisory services. Our role is strictly advisory. We prepare you for investor readiness; however, we do not guarantee funding, investment, or any specific financial outcome.
Upon engagement, our team immediately begins dedicating expert hours, proprietary templates, and intellectual property to your project. Delivery consists of digital assets, financial models, strategy documents, and consulting time.
Because our services involve the immediate deployment of expert time and the sharing of proprietary intellectual property, ALL PAYMENTS MADE TO MARHABA TRADERS ARE FINAL AND STRICTLY NON-REFUNDABLE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.
This includes, but is not limited to: change of mind, failure to secure funding, business closure, dissatisfaction with subjective design elements, or delays caused by the client's failure to provide required documentation. By submitting payment, you explicitly acknowledge and agree to waive any right to a refund, chargeback, or dispute regarding the fees paid.
To successfully deliver our services, clients must provide accurate information, prompt feedback, and necessary documentation (e.g., historical financials, legal docs) in a timely manner. Delays in providing this information will delay project delivery.
We treat all client information, business plans, and financial data with strict confidentiality. We will not share your sensitive data with third parties or investors without your explicit consent.
Marhaba Traders shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services or any decisions made by third-party investors based on the materials we prepare.
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Lahore, Pakistan.
